The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor is the kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. The interior is bright and has an open floor plan kitchen and living room. The ground floor has a small bedroom with 2 beds (1 normal and 1 child bed) and a large walk-in-closet.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, wash basin and a separate toilet with a waterless composting toilet. There is a laundry room with washing machine and a dryer.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, which comprises a small living area with a sofa bed, flatscreen TV, audio surround system, desk, and 1 double bed and 1 single bed. From the beds you face a wonderful sea view.

In front of the house there is a small terraces, ideal for the morning coffee. At the back of the house there is another terrace, where you can sit and have dinner watching the sun set over the sea.
A garden with a lawn surrounds the house and beyond a large natural garden.
The sea and the private beach is just 100 meters from the house. If you, or your child/children long for company, you can walk the community sandy beach, which is located a few hundred meters away from the house. There is both a playground and a football pitch.

We expect you as a tenant to clean the house after your stay. If that doesn´t suit you, or your situation you can leave the cleaning to us for a cost of 2000 sek.

We will charge you a deposit of 5000sek, which will be returned at the end of your rental period, provided that the house is left in good condition.
